Complaints

At Byron Wood Academy we are committed to dealing with concerns at the earliest opportunity, initially informally. We aim to take informal concerns seriously at the earliest stage as we believe that this will reduce the numbers that develop into formal complaints.

Request for copies

If, as a parent of a pupil attending this academy, you require a paper copy of the information on this website, we shall provide this free of charge.  Please contact the school office.
