We have three areas that we believe you can focus on to support your child with their learning at home. Any amount of time spent will be helpful and the more you do, the better!
The three areas are:
- Reading
- Practising maths facts
- Phonics and spelling practice
This leaflet explains more about how we try to help you to help your children at home.
If you would like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to speak to your child’s teacher.
In addition, we also encourage children to complete extra homework based on our school values. This homework can be shared with Mrs Wood and may be shown in the celebration assembly on a Friday afternoon.
